Jeffery Brown
Lead Pastor
Jeffery was born and raised in Cincinnati. At the age of fourteen, he believed in Jesus Christ. Following a mission trip to Morocco when he was eighteen, Jeffery surrendered to full time ministry. While at Bible college he met his wife Mackenzie, a Baptist Tabernacle alum. They served in missions for 5 years before returning to Ohio when Jeffery became the pastor of Baptist Tabernacle at the beginning of 2022. They have three adorable children.
A life-long resident of the area and a graduate from Carlisle High School, Krista is no stranger to our community.
She learned about Jesus while she was a young girl, and gave her life completely to serve Him. Now, Krista actively shows her love for God by loving and serving other people as the church’s administrative assistant.
Krista Young has been a member of the Baptist Tabernacle since 1995 and joined the staff in 2008. She and her husband Jeff reside in Carlisle and have two adult children.
